Modifications
Modifications of :
Child support - child support can be modified if either party has an increase or decrease in income that would result in a ten (10%) percent variation to the current child support order.
Child custody and visitation- to change custody, there must be a substantial and material change in circumstances which is more or less permanent and not known to the court at the time of the original order, or if a party moves 150 miles or more from residence at the time of the original order. Visitation can be modified if there is a substantial or material change in circumstances that would warrant a change in custody for the best interest of the minor child or children.
Medical support- can be modified if either party has private insurance available to them at a reasonable cost and can insure the child or children.
Spousal support- can be modified if either party has a change of income and/or a change in their need for support.
